Initial discussions of customer needs. Typically 2-3 exchanges before sample work can begin. |

Stage 2
|
Work begins on 2-3 samples of variations that can be supplied to customer in low-resolution form. This is an important stage that requires time and effort on my part. It allows the customer to determine if the project is beginning to resemble their concept. From these samples we work closely to determine what changes to make and we begin another stage of design development. Customer is under no further commitment at this point. Work may proceed or customer may cancel the project. |
Nonrefundable
Retainer
$10.00 Min. (Large projects may be 10%) |
|
Intermediate
Option |
If work is canceled the customer may choose to have the original, working files saved with Impact Media (not for customer use). This may allow work to resume at a future date without incurring another Retainer Fee. Working files and samples are retained for six months. This is an optional service. |

Stage 3
Rework |
If the original 2-3 samples were not sufficient to determine a final direction for design more samples will be created using the input from the discussion in stage 2. |
Nonrefundable
Rework
$10.00 (Large projects may be 10%) |

Stage 3
Finalize |
If the original 2-3 samples were sufficient to determine a final design then work will begin on the large scale, finished product. This final stage will be based on discussion and include input for single, final design. |
See payment options below.

Stage 4 |
The client is advised that work is complete on the final image and a sample can be provided as proof of completion. |

Work-Change Order
|
Any change introduced by the client that alters the workflow from previous stages. Examples would be significant changes in size, dpi, aspect ratio of image, or addition/subtraction of major elements previously finalized. This fee is solely for the change of work. The new work may result in a review and change of fees and adjustment to timetable for completion. |
$10.00

Single Stage Project
|
A project that, by it's simplicity, can be quoted a single price to begin and finish work. Work begins and client is advised of completion. Payment options may include: 1. Initial Retainer then remainder upon completion. |
Determined per project.
|
|
Cancellation
|
Client may cancel at any time without notice. Fees incurred up to the point of cancellation are subject to terms defined above. Refunds are then at the discretion of Daniel Mowry. There is no cancellation or termination fee or penalty. |
No Charge

Time Adjustment
|
A Work-Change Order is the most common reason for a change in projected project completion. However, due to unforeseen circumstances a project may be subject to changes in stage completion times. Adjustments to the rates may be made in the favor of the client in some cases of substantial deviation of the projected times. |
